In this class, Laura will discuss the purpose of a limpia, how different cleansing materials are traditionally used, and how practitioners recognize when spiritual or emotional heaviness may need to be cleared. Students will learn about common methods using herbs, eggs, smoke, prayer, candles, and other traditional tools, along with the importance of intention, respect, and spiritual responsibility.
